The design intervention was to transform an existing design proposal into a contemporary tropical-styled development. Defining an integrated character of nature and concrete, composite wood louvers oriented East-West allowed for cool, shaded interiors. Vegetation was integrated onto the facade to retain the local street quality.

The lower floor was to accommodate the lobby and parking spaces marked by the dissolving transition of composite wood elements as they fold inward from the facade. Visible marquee and vegetative elements were to give the development a sense of identity and home for its residents.

An integrated gym and recreational space was proposed for the development for the amenity of its residents and to also allow for additional income for the lot owner.
