Conceived as a vertical office neighborhood for the future, the design focuses to resolve current big-picture urban planning issues in Metro Manila, while redefining the vertical landscape of an office skyscraper into one which supports a vibrant, active work community characterized by interaction and collaboration. It hosts a constantly evolving, future-ready environment that accommodates the diverse, varied work programs as its inner modular subsystems can also accommodate changes and advancements in technology. The vertical neighborhood itself also hosts various facilities and amenities for business and production, as well as places of rest among the building's sky gardens. The office tower is designed to be one that fosters productivity towards individual and shared goals - stimulating its occupants with greenery, art, and a variety of available experiences within its curated interiors & levels; all while empowering its users with the best shared knowledge, tools, and resources to accomplish their tasks and explore new ideas.
